Amazing job this weekend! I always love seeing all the Brady Gurls out there - working hard, learning how much you CAN do and supporting each other along the way.
We get in incredible workout on the weekends - but what’s your plan to continue moving throughout the week?

- Try to get in a few workouts during the week - remember to go at your own pace and to respect your limits

- Walk - take a few laps around your neighborhood, take the stairs, park a little farther away from the store.
- Switch it up with some yoga, pilates or anything else that gets your moving and having some fun
